Scale Theory is a trading name of Enrichment Care Pty Ltd ("we", "us"). This policy explains how we handle personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

When you book an audit we collect your name, business name, mobile, email, website, and your answers about your business. We also collect basic analytics and advertising data (such as the page you arrived from and campaign tags) when you use this site.

How we use it

To contact you about your audit, prepare for the call, send you information you asked for, and improve our advertising. We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run the business, such as our CRM (GoHighLevel), website host (Netlify), and advertising platforms (Meta and Google). Some of these may store data outside Australia.

Access and correction

You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you by emailing hello@scaletheory.com.au.
