About

Two of us. One trade. No account managers.

Scale Theory is Sam and Alan, brothers working out of Level 1, 457-459 Elizabeth Street in Surry Hills. We do one thing: book qualified homeowners into air conditioning installers' diaries, and report what each booked quote cost.

Why HVAC only

Because a ducted quote is not a dentist appointment.

Most agencies run the same playbook for dentists, gyms and tradies. Air conditioning does not work like that. The job is worth $10,500 to $16,500, the buyer thinks about it for weeks, demand swings with the weather, and the whole thing lives or dies on whether someone gets back to the homeowner before the next installer does.

So we built one system for one trade: Meta and Google ads with a real offer, a suburb page, six qualifying questions, a reply inside 60 seconds and a booking in your diary. Then follow-up on days 1, 3 and 7, and a Friday report in booked quotes, not clicks.

Scale Theory started in 2026. We have no HVAC case studies yet and we will not pretend otherwise. What we have is the system, the maths and a price we are happy to publish. Our first case studies will go on this site dated, per suburb, with the client's diary as the source.

How we work

Things we will and will not do.

✓ We will

  • Publish our price and our terms
  • Take one HVAC client per service line per area
  • Run ads in your Business Manager, not ours
  • Report cost per booked quote every Friday
  • Tell you on the audit if you are not a fit

✕ We will not

  • Guarantee revenue or a close rate
  • Sell the same enquiry to two installers
  • Invent testimonials, logos or results
  • Lock you in past the first 90 days
  • Charge a setup fee
Book the audit

15 minutes. Your ads, your competitors' ads, your numbers.

Before the call we pull your current Meta and Google activity and the installers advertising in your area. On the call we show you what we found and what a booked quote should cost you. If it is not a fit, we say so in the first five minutes.
